Mick started in the machining game in the late 80's as an apprentice Fitter and Machinist. Fuelled by his passion for all things mechanical and automotive, Mick continued his journey in the engineering arena, completing an associate diploma and a Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 

The journey transpired into a design engineer learning the craft of converting ideas into drawings, leading to their creation.

Mick's projects started with a twin turbo 327 HQ 4 door in the late 80's. Other projects along the way included a lifted soft top V8 FJ40  4x4 Lancruiser, VC commodore, and a 68 Camaro.

Mick worked with Terry Byers Motorsport Nascar team, swinging spanners and working on Chassis design improvements, racing at Calder Park and Bathurst, along with working on the designs for an Alcohol Dragster with Ross Benge from Benetech.

In the early 90's, Mick also starting his motorcycling journey, having commuters, sports tourers, cruisers and supersport bikes along the way.

In 2008, Mick reinvigorated his machining background with the purchase of an old Macson 6hp Lathe. This was soon followed with the purchase of a manual Pacific FT2 Milling Machine.

With his Engineering and Design background, both machines were put to good use in creating unique solutions for the motorcycle customisations.

In 2014, the Mazak CNC was purchased and Mick set to work getting it running and learning to program Mazatrol and GCode. Software was purchased to allow complex designs to be created and transferred to the CNC.
